"They claimed my account was closing..."
They claimed my account was closing and I needed to take out my funds by 12/23. I took out the money, but instead of putting it in, they pulled it from my bank, leaving me $64 short twice, which is $128 total. There's no contact number available. Anyone got any tips?

This outfit and their so-called services are a total scam! They handled my LLC documents and completely seized control of my business name. Watch out if you're looking for genuine assistance from this company. They're a major con!

"Awful Experience"
What a nightmare! I gave these folks a shot because of their features, but when I needed to get my cash, my card was locked. I couldn't unlock it through the app since it kept throwing errors. Their customer service is only around from 9 to 5 PST, and good luck getting a real person on the line during those hours. I was left hanging on hold, then told to call back in a few minutes because the automated system just hangs up on you. I’ve sent emails, but no one replies. My funds are still trapped in the account, and I can't get to them.

I had a fantastic experience collaborating with Nearside. Everything went super smoothly, so much so that I wondered if I’d really get my company set up and my EIN number. But it all went down just like they promised. I’d absolutely team up with Nearside again.

"Definitely worth the wait"
I got my EIN number a few weeks ahead of my initial LLC, and it was great. When I called, the rep filled me in on what to expect and all that jazz. So, keep doing your thing! I've already gone ahead and applied for a business account. Five thumbs up!

"Straightforward and hassle-free"
Nearside is top-notch. I’ve got no issues at all. 2.2% cashback on every purchase and zero fees...what’s not to love? Establishing my LLC through Sprout turned out to be surprisingly straightforward.
